Grilled Cilantro Honey Lime Chicken

- 1½ pounds chicken breasts or thighs
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (roughly chopped)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Mix lime juice, honey, oil, soy sauce, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper together in a gallon-sized resealable bag.
- Add in chicken breasts, seal bag, and shake the bag until chicken is covered with marinade.
- Let marinade in fridge for at least 2 hours (up to 8 hours for best flavor).
- Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
- Preheat griddle over medium-high heat and cover with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Add chicken and cook approximately 5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches
- degrees F.
