Easy Healthy Tuna Wraps

Loaded with protein, this tuna wrap is the perfect lunch or dinner!
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 3 whole wheat tortillas
  1. Combine tuna, relish, mayo, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture on a tortilla.
  3. Top with lettuce and some of your favorite vegetables (chopped avocado, tomato, green peppers) and salt and pepper.
