Triple Berry Green Smoothie

One of my favorite smoothie recipes - you can load with spinach or kale and the color of the berries overpowers the green, so no one knows that it's hiding inside!
Ingredients
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I get a mix of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
  • ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1½ cups liquid (water or milk, whatever you prefer)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (if desired)
Instructions
  1. Simply combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until completely combined.
  2. Makes 1 serving.
