One of my favorite smoothie recipes - you can load with spinach or kale and the color of the berries overpowers the green, so no one knows that it's hiding inside!
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup frozen mixed berries (I get a mix of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
⅓ cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1½ cups liquid (water or milk, whatever you prefer)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (if desired)
Instructions
Simply combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until completely combined.
