A delicious way to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet!
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana, cut into slices and frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  1. In your blender, combine baby spinach and water and blend until all the leafy pieces are gone. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink and enjoy!
