Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com. As you may or may not know, Mondays are traditionally when I post my “Weekly Workout Plans” here on the site. These consist of 5 (sometimes more) workouts you can knock out during the week to try something new, push yourself further, and enhance your results. This week is no different – I’m coming at you with 5 different workouts; each day for a different body area. You’ll be able to do each of these workouts at home with very little equipment required – at most a pair of dumbbells for some added resistance.
