A chocolate mint brownie that’s also good for you? Yep – you gotta try this one to believe it!

I have always been a sucker for anything chocolate and mint. Cookies, truffles, dinner mints – you name it… if it’s mint and chocolate I’m all over it. Unfortunately these chocolatey minty delectables are usually pretty unhealthy and can really hinder your goals as far as fitness, diet, and weight loss are concerned.

Well this is a travesty that must be stopped! You should be able to have your chocolate-mint treats and your fitness goals, too!
