How many calories will you burn in your workout today?
All of us understand the importance of calories in regards to weight loss (if you don’t, I suggest you check out this post). I think most of us are pretty good at tracking and monitoring the calories we take into our bodies (dieting), but what about the calories we burn (activity)? Regarding weight loss, it’s important that you burn up as many calories as you can in addition to closely monitoring what you take in. That’s why today for your “Weekly Workout Plan” we’re focusing on melting as many calories as possible in the time you may have. Want to burn 100 calories? I’ve got a workout for that. Want to burn 1000? I’ve definitely got a workout for that, too! Something for everyone today and it starts… right… now…
Before we get too far into this it’s important to note that not all bodies are the same and therefore not everyone burns calories the same way. The workouts below are an accurate calorie burn for the majority of people, however in order to most accurately determine the number of calories you’re burning during these workouts I recommend activity trackers where you can enter your height, weight, sex, and age, and that will also track your daily heart rate. My favorite are the FitBit Charge HR, the FitBit Blaze, and Polar A360.
At the very least, I recommend checking out THIS WEBSITE and enter your specific demographics to get a more accurate measurement of the calories you’re burning up during these workouts.
