Hey everyone! And Merry Day-After-Christmas! I hope you enjoyed a wonderful and blessed holiday surrounded by those you love. Now if you’re anything like me – yesterday was a little bit of a “day off”. I (unfortunately) didn’t get my workout in and there was a few too many Christmas cookies lying around my house. Needless to say, I CAN’T WAIT to get back to it today! I’ve got a 30-minute at-home workout dialed up to get the heart rate going, the muscles moving, and the sweat flowing!
