100 Whole Wheat Waffles on Tone-and-Tighten

We used to eat a lot of cold cereal in our house, but now we have come to realize that sending our kids to school with a belly full of sugar probably isn’t the best way to start the day!

My wife likes to make these waffles in massive quantities on Sunday mornings. She then puts them in gallon-sized freezer bags and keeps them in the freezer for crazy mornings when there just isn’t time to make breakfast. I love that it fills our kids up, but doesn’t give them that sugar crash a couple of hours later….

Buckle up – we’re kicking the endurance and strength up to a whole new level with this one! You’ll be doing 20 reps of each of ten of my favorite bodyweight exercises (no equipment required!). Everyone has their struggles. Everyone has their challenges. Most of the time, these trials are unique for each of us an individuals and sometimes challenging to nobody but us. What may be a walk in the park for one person is an incredible struggle for another. Maybe for you it’s exercising regularly. Perhaps it’s maintaining a healthy diet. Whatever the struggle, it’s real for each individual. We should all recognize and respect that.
