For this workout, they use a light barbell weight set, but you could easily do this workout with some dumbbells. Also, if you don’t have a bench or step, just lay on the floor. I promise that you will still get an incredible workout!

Rain all week. I guess I’ll bag any cardio… or will I???
 
Hey everyone! And welcome to another exciting week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com. This week in Utah the fall weather is definitely starting to settle in. You don’t have to let cold temperatures and even rain derail your cardio progress! In fact, a lot of times my best cardio workouts come in a room that’s about 10 feet by 15 feet. On this week’s “Weekly Workout Plan” I’m sharing 5 of my favorite at-home cardio routines. So what if you can’t go outside – we’re still going to get an amazing sweat on! Do these on 5 days this week (you pick – with two rest days in there, too) and you’re well on your way to sculpting and shredding, toning and tightening! Have a great week, everyone!

I love planks. There are few exercises that work the entire abdominal wall more completely than planks and plank variations. Today we’re celebrating all these plank variations by throwing quite a few of them at you… all in the same workout! I call it my “Ultimate Plank Challenge”!! Sixteen 30-second plank holds resulting in 8 straight minutes of gut-wrenching fun! I did this one two days ago and am still feeling it! Try to contain your excitement – here we go!!
