Hey everyone! Welcome to another week here on Tone-and-Tighten.com! Another Monday means another installment in our popular “Weekly Workout Plan” series. Most of us have fitness goals; I would say the majority of those probably have to do with weight loss. Well today you’re in luck!     Can’t find the plan. When I click “link”, I get to Facebook.

      Steph,

      Everything appears to be working fine. When you hover over one of the workout images it will bring up a small toolbar on the bottom of the image that allows you to share to social media. Click in the center of the picture and your should be good!
