Hello everyone, and welcome to the day after Valentine’s Day! If you’re anything like me, your otherwise “healthy-eating” style may have slipped a little bit last night. Hey, it was Valentine’s Day! “Why yes, waiter, I would like to see your dessert menu!” “Wow honey, a whole box of chocolates just for me?” Or my own personal vice – “Wow, babe, 2 pounds of sugar coated cinnamon hearts? You shouldn’t have!” For those of you to whom this is sounding way too familiar, I’ve got just the fix for you today. Welcome to Tone and Tighten’s “Cardio Core Workout”!! Shred through those extra calories and suck in that extra squish around your middle with this amazing workout!
You had fun last night; you owe this to yourself today!
1 minute (two 30-second holds)
Alternating box jumps/toe touches
Side plank with hip raise
30 seconds each side
Run through this bad boy 2 times (three if you had dessert last night)!
Take that sugarcoated cinnamon hearts! You’re incredibly, amazingly delicious, but I totally just kicked your trash. See you again next year.
