Confession time: one of my personal flaws I have when it comes to fitness and exercise is procrastination. It seems like there’s always another workout I have in mind or another exercise I would like to try out when I go to bed at night, but when I’m actually in the gym the next morning it doesn’t always happen. Just like you I’m guilty of the “next times”. “Next time” I’ll do it. “Next time” I’ll be more rested. “Next time” I’ll have the energy to do that workout. This week’s midweek motivation is dedicated to getting rid of my “next times”.
I love this quote. Fitness is about now. Health is about what you’re doing today. If you’ve been meaning to start that diet, do it today! Been wanting to try that new exercise or routine? Now is the time! Goals are only dreams until they’re backed up by actions. If you want something bad enough have the courage to start and the determination to continue until your goal is achieved. You can do it; I know you can!
